We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our London based team. This is a full-time position within our company, which involves supporting business development; overseeing and further developing key services as well as technology products.

You will be required to manage a variety of tasks with a steep learning curve, will be given immediate responsibilities on team and project coordination and will have opportunities to manage client relationships with prestigious brands.

Through our sophisticated environmental data management system designed specifically for the hospitality industry, we allow hospitality businesses to monitor, analyse and improve their environmental performance, while saving costs and reducing inefficiencies in their operations. Con-Serve™ is certified as ISO 50001 compliant and allows for a correlation of consumption to other metrics such as hotel’s occupancy, restaurant’s food covers or outside temperatures. We are also in a testing phase of our new mobile app, Fluttr, which is being developed and trialed as part of the UK Government’s Smart Meter Innovation Competition.
The Considerate Group also supports hoteliers with advisory services, which cover CSR strategy, staff workshops, management of resource consumption, corporate reporting and the provision of various sustainability toolkits.
We are a small and constantly growing team of dedicated hospitality and sustainability specialists, currently operating out of London and Munich, and servicing clients worldwide.
Customer Success Manager Responsibilities:
Overseeing and further developing product and client services including bespoke reports and tailor-made services
Managing and developing client relationships
Help customers receive value quickly by managing product implementation and onboarding
Liaising with diverse stakeholders from government representatives to utility technicians
Contribute to revenue generation through renewals, upsells, and expansions
Synthesize customer feedback and work with internal teams to respond to customer needs
Creating new proposals and presentations
Helping with delivery of projects
Management of our internal CRM system
Required experience and interest:
Min. 2-3 years’ work experience in business development/sales/account management
Interest in sustainability and hospitality
Interest in working in a dynamic start-up environment
Essential skills and traits:
Proficient in the whole Microsoft package, particularly PowerPoint and Word
Flexibility – ability to work with cross-functional teams and managing a variety of tasks
Problem solving skills
Happy to present to a range of audiences
Ability to work under time pressure
Business acumen and customer service orientation
Communication skills, including ability to tailor communication and solutions to different audiences
Good attention to detail
Master’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject
Knowledge of the UK utility market and electricity/gas metering
Need to have right to work in the UK (British/EEA citizen or Swiss national)
