The Opportunity
Considerate’s mission is to help hospitality businesses become measurably and inspiringly more sustainable. We achieve this through a combination of innovative technology, advisory services, and first-class customer service. As our client base continues to grow, Considerate Group is looking for an experienced German speaking Senior Manager for our sustainability consultancy business, to help shape and manage the growth of the business and our team.
Reporting to the COO, this role will support the management and high-quality delivery of Considerate’s products, services, and strategic projects in the hospitality and tourism sectors across multiple European and international territories, particularly with our clients in German-speaking territories.
In addition to providing leadership for our consultancy offering, coordinating the activities of Considerate Group’s team and providing quality assurance, the role will require the scoping and oversight of consultancy projects, including the development and implementation of client ESG strategies. Direct reports will include Managers and other team members.
Key to the role will be an ability to develop relationships quickly and easily both internally and externally, demonstrating maturity and calmness when handling clients and delivering challenging projects.

Considerate Group provides data-driven advisory services to the hospitality sector, covering the environmental, social and governance dimensions of sustainability. This includes, but is not limited to, developing holistic ESG strategies, delivering workshops and professional seminars, creating sustainability toolkits and corporate sustainability reporting.
We are a growing team of dedicated hospitality and sustainability specialists, currently operating out of London, Munich and New York, servicing clients worldwide.
