Working across the advisory and data teams, she helps clients understand their performance and identify opportunities for meaningful impact. She is committed to supporting them in achieving their goals by pairing robust data analysis with a collaborative approach.

She began her career in the educational travel sector, developing sustainability programmes with NGOs and charities across Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific. Focused on conservation and community-based tourism, this work gave her first-hand experience of collaborating with local stakeholders and sparked her commitment to measurable change.

Alessia holds an MSc in Global Sustainability Solutions and speaks five languages, bringing both technical expertise and an international outlook to her work.
