Richard has been involved with Considerate as an investor and Board level advisor since 2014, becoming COO in 2019. As a director, he focuses on the strategic development of the business, with particular responsibilities for the Middle East (where he was based from 2009-2013) and managing strategic client relationships. At Considerate Group, Richard has worked closely with the (UK Government) Department of Business, Energy, and Industry Strategy to develop energy app, fluttr.

Richard works in developing the asset management client base and associated suite of ESG due diligence services. As a director in the TMT sector at Edison Group and prior to this has over 20 years of advisory experience, working for organisations including KPMG, JP Morgan Cazenove and Barclays, as well as operational experience.
