Violette is a Trainee at Considerate Group, supporting the team across business development, market research, data analysis, benchmarking, and French speaking client’s communication. She is currently completing an MSc in Business and Sustainability at UCL where her dissertation focus is on the standardisation of the valuation process of biodiversity, following a BSc in International Management at King’s College London.  

Her prior experience spans sustainability communications, stakeholder engagement, data collection and analysis, and a focus on environmental performance insights.  

At Considerate Group, Violette contributes a strong interest in sustainable business innovation and nature-positive strategy, alongside a collaborative and analytical approach to client projects.
