Benedetta Cassinelli
Benedetta is CEO and co-founder of Considerate Group and has over 25 years’ experience in the travel and hospitality space having worked with the leading brands in the industry such as Lastminute.com, Western and Oriental Group. Over the past 10 years she has been focused on developing innovative data technology and sustainability solutions for the sector.
Under her leadership, Considerate Group has won two SBRI grants from the (UK Government) Department of Business, Energy, and Industry Strategy to develop fluttr, a specialist energy efficiency app. Benedetta oversees the Considerate Group’s overall growth and direction; having built a strong team in the UK she is now responsible for expanding into the USA market.
Richard Williamson
Richard has been involved with Considerate as an investor and Board level advisor since 2014, becoming COO in 2019. As a director, he focuses on the strategic development of the business, with particular responsibilities for the Middle East (where he was based from 2009-2013) and managing strategic client relationships. At Considerate Group, Richard has worked closely with the (UK Government) Department of Business, Energy, and Industry Strategy to develop energy app, fluttr.
Richard works in developing the asset management client base and associated suite of ESG due diligence services. As a director in the TMT sector at Edison Group and prior to this has over 20 years of advisory experience, working for organisations including KPMG, JP Morgan Cazenove and Barclays, as well as operational experience.
Mark Foster
Mark Foster brings over twenty-five years of experience in leadership, management, consulting, and technology from Europe, Asia, and North. America to his role at Considerate Group. Mark has a strong background in hospitality and sustainability practices in the built environment. At Considerate Group, Mark serves as the technical lead for building technology services. His work often aligns with certifications such as LEED, BREEAM, GRESB, LEED, WELL, IPMVP and EDGE and he’s adept at effectively collaborating with a range of stakeholders, from real estate owners to regulatory bodies.
John Rogers
John is a Financial Senior Executive with a career spanning over 40 years as CFO, Finance Director & International Financial Controller at multiple International companies in retail and consumer facing businesses including Dixons Stores Group Plc, Carlton Communications Plc, CMS Peripherals Ltd, Titan Entertainment Group, Travelselect.com Ltd then sold to Lastminute.com Plc, Oneida International. John is a highly experienced financial director specialist in Interim FD, FMCG turnarounds, gap management and business recovery, hands on business modelling and cash forecasting. Audit packs and statutory accounts. Disposals and mergers including IM, Data Room, due diligence, contract negotiations, earn out and integrations
Stuart Leven
Stuart is a proven leader in the EMEA leisure and hospitality industry with over 20 years experience spanning the airline, hotels, cruise, and distribution sectors, including holding senior roles with Intercontinental Hotels, Guoman Hotels and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. In his last role he was responsible for the leadership and guidance of the Royal Caribbean Group commercial and operational approach in EMEA, including focus on environmental, social and governance development. A regular speaker at industry events, Stuart also served on the board of ABTA (Association of British Travel Agents) and was Chair of CLIA (Cruise Line Industry Association) in the UK, 2016-2018. Stuart provides Considerate Group with dedicated support for strategic business development and company growth.
Dr Jan Knappe
Jan leads our Data Team here at Considerate Group. He specialises in the creation and management of scalable data pipelines by leveraging his technical expertise and our leading sustainability and ESG intelligence platform, Con-Serve™. With 10+ years experience in Sustainable Development and Environmental Engineering, working in mainly across Europe and South Asia, his approach is practical, innovative, and environmentally conscious. Jan’s focus is on delivering data insights, building tech, certification, and carbon management projects, alongside ESG and strategy work.
His contributions have been pivotal in enhancing our clients’ operational efficiency and sustainability metrics. Fluent in English and German, Jan is also a committed zero-waste and environmental advocate, aiming to bring the sustainable principles he champions personally into his professional life.
Lynn Mackeonis
Lynn is an innovative HR & Ops Director with Senior leadership Team experience in directing and enhancing implementation of projects, strategic initiatives and HR operations. Committed to promoting synergy across business lines to drive positive change via the implementation of HR solutions, staff initiatives and process improvements, with a successful track record in translating the business vision into HR initiatives, whilst improving performance and promoting a great working environment. Lynn is an established HR professional with over 20 years experience, having worked in the Banking, Health care and Events industries with a mix of British and American company experiences. Originally an Insurance Underwriter at Barclays Corporate Banking before moving into the Human Resources and development team.
Lynn is driven by the balance of three main pillars, people, planet and profit, combining the three equally Lynn believes creates a better environment for all, with happy engaged teams, a thriving environment whilst making good business income revenues within a purpose driven business.
Mohan Vankamamidi
Mohan has expertise in conducting building energy assessments and coordinating green building certification projects. As a Senior Sustainability Consultant (Building Technology & Carbon Efficiency) at Considerate, Mohan is involved in the delivery of energy assessments & decarbonisation recommendations and provides support to clients on Con-Serve™.
Mohan holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and has work experience as a sustainability consultant, energy auditor and a tour operator in Southeast Asia
Lizzy Coates
Lizzy brings over 15 years of experience in the travel industry to her role at Considerate Group, where she oversees a number of client projects. Her extensive background includes working with leading hotel groups worldwide, giving her a strong understanding of the hospitality and tourism sectors.
Holding a master’s degree in responsible tourism, Lizzy’s expertise extends to delivering sustainable tourism strategies for destinations, such as West Kalimantan, Indonesia. As a Senior Manager, she is instrumental in the development and execution of projects such as ESG due diligence and ESG strategy development and implementation, and she plays a pivotal role in advancing Considerate Group’s services, products, and strategic initiatives.
Lauren Cox
As a skilled project manager with an MRes in Sustainable Futures, Lauren brings a wide-ranging background working across a number of sectors to support clients seeking sustainability solutions. With experiencing leading numerous strategic and research projects covering topics such as low-carbon catering, biodiversity conservation in development planning, and the transition to a circular economy,
Lauren combines her knowledge and enthusiasm to provide Considerate Group and their clients with support in the development of their sustainability programmes.
Kate Orszulik
Kate joined Considerate Group in 2018, bringing with her more than 10 years’ experience in the hospitality and tourism industries. At Considerate Group she leads on a number of client projects, including the creation and implementation of ESG strategies for asset management operators, global hotel names and private members clubs.
She has particular interest and expertise in behavioural change, training and workshops, strategy integration at property level, and sustainability reporting
Nick Walsh
With an understanding of sustainability and science-based policy making, a background in operational hospitality and eco-tourism, and fluent in English and Spanish, Nick is one of Considerate Group’s longest-serving data and sustainability managers. Nick specialises in the development of monitoring, evaluation and management tools, leading in reporting and assessing properties against internal data collection and ESG criteria, as well as against key external building certifications, such as BREEAM in-Use.
Nick works on the delivery of ESG assessments and reporting, as part of asset acquisition and disposal processes, as well as consulting on carbon inventory reporting – he recently developed a new resource to simplify capture of Scope 3 travel emissions!
Léa Jacquot-Benson
Léa is a sustainable tourism specialist adept at working with a diverse range of global hospitality and tourism operators, with particular experience in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. As an Manager | Sustainability at Considerate Group, she is responsible for the development of ESG programmes for destinations and asset owners at a strategic level, and works with diverse portfolios of hotels to directly support hotel teams with implementing strategic goals on the ground.
Fluent in French and English, and with an MSc in Responsible Tourism Management, her expertise spans a broad array of sustainability topics, including the creation of resources that facilitate employee and guest engagement, sustainability knowledge, and fostering equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
William del Rivero
William is an accomplished professional in building and workplace management, with a BREAMM certification and over eight years of experience. At Considerate Group, he serves as a Sustainability Project Manager, coordinating green building certification projects and delivering ESG Annual reports and training for prominent companies. His expertise extends to CRM management, streamlining processes through digital solutions, and driving sustainability initiatives.
William’s strategic approach to operations and his commitment to enhancing safety, efficiency, and environmental responsibility distinguish him as a leader in the field of facility and project management.
Mariana Chavez
Mariana has a background in Earth Sciences, natural and man-made catastrophe risk modelling, mapping and management. She has broad experience in the manipulation, reporting and analysis of data, and has worked in France, UK, USA, Haiti and Peru. As one of Considerate Group’s sustainability & data analysts, Mariana is responsible for the management and monitoring of clients’ accounts on Con-Serve™ as well as the coordination and delivery of advisory support.
She also works on the delivery of ESG and carbon footprint reporting and assists with sustainability related research. Mariana speaks English, French and Spanish
Ambre LeVanChau
Ambre from Montreal, Canada joined Considerate Group as an experienced energy assessor specialising in buildings and real estate, having worked at a large global sustainability consultancy, holding the responsibility for energy audits. Throughout her years in London, she has been working alongside a wide range of very talented professionals, including: engineers, designers, architects, BIM specialists, real estate professionals, clients, manufacturers etc. and has been exposed to different facets of the building industry.
Ambre holds a bachelor’s in electrical engineering from Concordia University in Montreal and joined Considerate Group as an Assistant Manager as part of the Data team where she is involved in the delivery of energy assessments & decarbonisation recommendations.
Llewelyn Woodman
Llewelyn’s expertise in sustainability data analysis providing support and monitoring for client accounts on Con-ServeTM. Llewelyn leads and supports across the delivery of assessments and reports as well as providing research support for advisory services and business development. He graduated from the University of Southampton with a BSc in Environmental Sciences.
After his degree, Llewelyn founded a hydroponics company that repurposed household waste for sustainable herb cultivation and worked as graduate for FCC environment before he joined Considerate Group. He is fluent in both English and Afrikaans
Ann Weickert
With a rich background in the luxury hospitality sector across various international locations such as the UK, USA, Switzerland, Austria, and Germany, Ann holds a BBA in International Hospitality Business with a specialisation in Luxury Management. Additionally, she has actively engaged in research on sustainability in the luxury hotel sector, further enhancing her nuanced understanding of industry dynamics. Her expertise extends through different operational, administrative and support departments, bringing a unique perspective to her role as sustainability consultant.
Speaking English, German, and French, Ann combines her passion for sustainability with her extensive hospitality experience. Dedicated to guiding clients in the integration of sustainable practices, she is leveraging her unique insights into the intricacies of the hospitality sector.
Pria Vaenthan
Pria recently joined Considerate Group as an Associate in the Data Team. With a BSc in Geography and an MSc in Environmental Management and Assessment, she brings a strong background in environmental compliance and reporting.
Pria has built up a breadth of experience across data analytics, client management and sustainability and strives to collaborate with clients to achieve their goals through data-driven solutions and personable client partnerships.
