As an Manager | Sustainability at Considerate Group, she is responsible for the development of ESG programmes for destinations and asset owners at a strategic level, and works with diverse portfolios of hotels to directly support hotel teams with implementing strategic goals on the ground.

Fluent in French and English, and with an MSc in Responsible Tourism Management, her expertise spans a broad array of sustainability topics, including the creation of resources that facilitate employee and guest engagement, sustainability knowledge, and fostering equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
