With an understanding of sustainability and science-based policy making, a background in operational hospitality and eco-tourism, and fluent in English and Spanish, Nick is one of Considerate Group’s longest-serving data and sustainability managers. Nick specialises in the development of monitoring, evaluation and management tools, leading in reporting and assessing properties against internal data collection and ESG criteria, as well as against key external building certifications, such as BREEAM in-Use.

Nick works on the delivery of ESG assessments and reporting, as part of asset acquisition and disposal processes, as well as consulting on carbon inventory reporting – he recently developed a new resource to simplify capture of Scope 3 travel emissions!
